At Cool Creek Counseling, we are excited to introduce our upcoming Circle of Security® Parenting™ (COSP) workshops—a program designed to strengthen the bond between parents and their young children.

What is Circle of Security® Parenting™?

The Circle of Security® Parenting™ (COSP) program is an internationally acclaimed, evidence-based initiative rooted in decades of attachment research. It empowers parents and caregivers by enhancing their understanding of children's emotional needs and fostering secure parent-child relationships. Through COSP, participants learn to:

• Recognize and interpret their child’s emotional cues – Understanding what children are truly communicating.

• Support their child’s ability to manage emotions – Helping children navigate their feelings effectively.

Upcoming Workshop Format

We are currently in the planning stages of a new COSP workshop specifically for parents of young children (0-6years) in an online format. This will be an 8-week program, for parents only, providing a supportive and interactive space for parents to learn and grow together from the comfort of their own homes. Parents will be encouraged to share and reflect on their own personal experiences throughout the workshop.
