Licensed Child Therapist (Play Therapy Focus)
Part-Time or Full-Time | After-School & Weekend Availability
Cool Creek Counseling is seeking a compassionate, child-focused licensed therapist to join our growing group practice. This role is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with children and families and values collaboration, support, and thoughtful clinical care. We are looking to hire a therapist who will primarily see children and whose schedule primarily includes after-school hours and/or weekend availability, when families most need support. We are open to someone looking for part-time or full-time hours.
Applicants must be licensed in PA (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LSW or Psychologist) and have formal training in play therapy or other child-centered modalities. Experience working with children and families is required, along with strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and a commitment to ethical practice. Comfort working in a collaborative group practice environment is essential.
Cool Creek Counseling offers a supportive, team-oriented work environment where clinicians are encouraged to consult, connect, and grow. All clinicians, whether part-time or full-time, receive a 401(k) with employer match, clinical supervision, administrative support, CE reimbursement, and a fully furnished, child-friendly office space. Full-time clinicians are also eligible for paid time off and paid holidays, with additional benefits as applicable.
Our practice values collaboration over isolation, clinical integrity, and sustainable work-life balance. We are committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for both clients and clinicians.

Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities.
