Our office is in network with the following commercial insurance plans:
Highmark/Blue Cross Blue Shield

CHIP: Commercial plans only through BCBS, Capital Blue and Geisinger
We are NOT in network with any Medicare/Medicaid/Medical assistance insurance plans
You will be asked for your insurance information when scheduling for an initial appointment. If we are not in network with your insurance plan there may be an option of using your Out of Network benefits. It is ultimately the client’s responsibility to know their benefits (you can call the member services number on the back of your insurance card and inquire about outpatient therapy services), but our office will do our best to help look up this information when we are able to.

OUT OF NETWORK
If our office is not in network with your insurance you may have Out of Network benefits with your plan. You would pay our self-pay rate and then your insurance may reimburse you based on your plan. Many of our clients use their out-of-network benefits. We provide a monthly “superbill” that you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement with all of the information that your insurance would need. We can provide you with a list of questions to ask your insurance if you’d like to explore this further.
RATES
Self-pay rates:
$150. Initial Intake Appointment
$130. 55 minute Individual Therapy Appointment
$100. 40-45 minute Individual Therapy Appointment
We accept cash, check and all major credit cards.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We require 24 hours notice for cancelled/rescheduled appointments. For appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice, a $65 fee will be charged. For no-showed appointments, an $80 fee will be charged.
