Counseling and
Play Therapy

for Children, Teens & Young Adults

Welcome!

We are a mental health therapy office providing individual counseling, play therapy, art therapy, and EMDR/trauma informed therapy services to children, teens, and young adults in Lancaster County, PA. We specialize in anxiety, depression, life adjustments, and trauma. Our mission is to empower individuals and families to build inner strength and live their most fulfilled lives. We understand the step to start counseling is not always an easy one, but if you are ready or in a space where you need change in your life, then we would love to help you / your child.  We will begin to navigate the steps to achieve that change and growth together.

In addition to in person appointments at our office, we also offer online video therapy (telehealth) for residents of Pennsylvania, which can be a valuable support for you or your family. We would love to connect with you to see if we are a good fit for one another, please reach out today!
